What is airbnb host?

A short term property management service focused primarily on Airbnb.

Will you manage a room in my house?

No, we specialise in managing whole houses/apartments.

Can I still use the property for personal use/block out certain dates?

You are welcome to block out dates for personal stay however if there is a booking during your required dates we will be unable to accommodate you. Please note, Christmas / New Year and public holidays are the most profitable dates to short term rent your property.

Terminating our management?

We do not make you sign long term contracts but if you wish to end our management service you must honour the forward bookings we have secured on your behalf.

How much does it cost?

20% management fee,
If you would like us to arrange maintenance  on your behalf there is a 10% service fee on contractors invoices

How long does it take to set up?

It depends if you have a listing already set up for your property. If It is ready to go, we will be ready within a few days once an inspection has been carried out, photos have been taken and a house manual created. If your property isn’t listed, please get in contact & we can discuss the best options to get your property up & running as quick as possible.

Do you offer your services across all of New Zealand?

Primarily based in Queenstown.

My home is currently managed by another company/I’m currently managing my own listing. Can you take it over?

Yes we can! If you are with another company you just need to check your management agreement to see if there are any clauses about changing companies. If you are managing your own listing just get in touch with us - we make the hand over as simple as possible.

Damage/Insurance?

We advise all home owners to have their own insurance that allows for short term rental accommodation.

Do you screen potential guests?

Absolutely. The safety of your property is our main priority. We check profiles and reviews of guests prior to accepting their stay.  If guests don’t meet a set of minimum criteria then we won’t think twice about rejecting their booking in the interest of protecting your property.

Do you provide separate cleaning & key exchange services?

Unfortunately, we do not provide these services on their own.

How often do I get paid?

Statements and returns are paid on or around the 20th of of the following month.

Can you provide furniture?

Yes, we can help with furniture procurement. The cost of this depends on the size of the home and what is required. We can work with the style you would like for your home, just let us know your requirements.
